FLEX brings together investment organisations, fintech companies, and Chartered Fintech Professional (CFtP) talent within a single curated platform. Participants are onboarded and reviewed to support relevant, credible discovery across the ecosystem.

FLEX enables structured visibility based on defined attributes such as sector, stage, geography, and professional expertise. This allows organisations to identify relevant startups, investment partners, and Chartered Fintech Professional (CFtP) talent more efficiently.

Submission Options
Two distinct submission pathways are available depending on whether you are registering a single organisation or multiple entities. Please select the appropriate option below.
Individual Organisation Submission
For organisations submitting a single profile, register directly on the FLEX platform using our online registration system. Complete the registration form with your organisation's details and submit for review by the GFI operations team.

For funds, accelerators, and organisations submitting multiple companies, download the Excel template and send the completed template to partnerships@globalfintechinstitute.org
Governance and Data Use
Platform display and matching
Information submitted is used exclusively for display on the FLEX platform and to support matching functionality between organisations.
Internal retention
Business registration numbers and contact details are retained internally for verification and operational purposes but are not publicly displayed.
Please note that this onboarding process is not a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure nor a regulatory compliance exercise.
Data protection
Organisational data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for purposes beyond platform operations and institutional communications.
Profile management
Profiles are managed centrally by the Global Fintech Institute unless direct access is specifically requested by the organisation at a later stage.
